At The Reformer Registry, we understand that our consultation requires entry into your most private spaces. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality regarding your personal data and the physical security of your home or studio.

1. Information We Collect

To facilitate a professional apparatus commissioning, we collect the following:

• Identity Data: Name, email, and phone number.
• Logistical Data: Physical installation address and access instructions.
• Technical Data: Architectural floor plans, room dimensions, photos of the installation site, and flooring specifications provided during the Site Review.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used exclusively for the execution of your project:

• To perform spatial analysis and "Halo" safety mapping.
• To coordinate freight and valet delivery with our third-party partners.
• To manage your build reservation with the equipment manufacturer.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or trade your data. To complete your installation, we share limited, necessary information with:

• Manufacturers: To secure your build slot and warranty.
• Logistics Partners: (e.g., Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery) to facilitate the "White-Glove" arrival.
• All third-party partners are strictly prohibited from using your personal data for marketing purposes.

4. Security of Home Documentation

Photos and floor plans taken during your Site Review are stored on secure, encrypted servers. These assets are used solely by our technical team to ensure a precise installation. Once your machine has been commissioned and the "Silent Glide" calibration is complete, sensitive internal photos of your home are archived or deleted upon request.

5. Digital Biometrics

For clients in the Intelligent Collection, we may assist in the initial setup of digital accounts (e.g., Frame or Flexia). We do not store your login credentials or biometric fitness data. All digital practice data is governed by the respective manufacturer’s privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to the data we hold regarding your project or request the deletion of your site photos at any time by contacting concierge@reformerregistry.com.
