At The Reformer Registry, we bypass the standard freight experience. Because professional apparatus is heavy, sensitive, and requires precise calibration, we manage every mile of the journey to your Twin Cities sanctuary.
The Logistics Path

Factory Build: Once your $500 reservation is finalized and your Site Audit is cleared, your machine is placed in the 2026 build queue with our manufacturing partners (Gratz, Balanced Body, Merrithew, Frame, or Peak).

Climate-Controlled Transit: Your machine is shipped via specialized medical-grade or furniture-grade freight to our local Minneapolis-St. Paul logistics hub.

The Registry Inspection: Before it reaches your home, we unbox and inspect your unit for factory defects or transit damage.

White-Glove Installation: Our partners at Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery coordinate a room-of-choice delivery. Our team then performs the "Silent Glide" commissioning to ensure your machine is perfectly leveled and calibrated.
Investment & Fees

Standard White-Glove Fee: A flat rate of $750 is applied to all Twin Cities Metro installations. This covers freight from the factory, local warehousing, delivery, and professional assembly.

Non-Standard Installs: Sites requiring crane access, window-entry, or more than two flights of stairs may incur additional custom labor fees, determined during your Site Audit.
Returns & Cancellations

Reservation Deposits: The $500 Build Reservation is non-refundable once the factory build begins. However, if your Site Audit determines your space is incompatible with the equipment, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Final Sales: Due to the custom, hand-built nature of these machines, all sales are final once the machine has been commissioned in your home.

Warranty: All equipment is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. The Reformer Registry assists in all warranty claims to ensure your studio stays in peak condition.
