Leather straps and wood handles come standard — the same direct, unfiltered connection between practitioner and spring that has defined the Gratz experience for decades. Weighted leather straps provide feedback that rope systems simply cannot replicate. For hands and feet trained on leather, the difference isn't subtle — it's fundamental to how the movement feels and how the body responds.

Available in three frame lengths — 80, 86, and 89 inches — to accommodate different practitioner heights and studio preferences. Every order is custom built with an estimated lead time under three months. This is handcrafted equipment made to order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Each reformer includes the reformer box, four springs, aluminum foot bar with standard cover, leather straps, wood handles, 20-inch foot straps, 27-inch extension canvas straps, weighted 1 lb pole, gear stopper, thick rubber pads, and adhesive felt and rubber pads for the reformer legs.

The aluminum frame is the workhorse version of the Gratz lineup — lighter than the maple, built for studios that run clients all day, and carrying the same mechanical integrity that has kept Gratz equipment in continuous daily use across classical studios for generations. At 120 to 137 lbs depending on frame length, it's planted during use and manageable for repositioning.
