FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why is there a $500 Build Reservation Deposit?

The Reformer Registry is a specialized service firm, not a traditional retailer. The deposit secures your project’s priority status, initiates your professional Site Review, and allows us to manage the build reservation with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Are you an authorized dealer for these brands?

The Reformer Registry is a fully independent luxury concierge and logistics firm. We act as your Buyer's Agent. This independence allows us to provide unbiased counsel, ensuring we recommend the apparatus that best suits your physiological needs and architectural space, regardless of the manufacturer.

How long will it take to receive my apparatus?

Because professional reformers are hand-built to order, timelines are determined by the manufacturer's current production cycle. Most 2026 allocations currently have a lead time of 12–16 weeks. We manage all factory communications and provide you with monthly milestone updates.

What happens if the machine doesn't fit?

This is the primary purpose of our Site Review. We evaluate your floor plan, ceiling heights, and "Halo" clearance zones before the order is finalized. If we determine that your space is architecturally incompatible with your chosen apparatus, your $500 deposit is refunded in full.

What is included in the $750 White-Glove Commissioning fee?

This is a comprehensive service that includes regional freight from the factory, climate-controlled warehousing at our local hub, pre-delivery unboxing and quality inspection, room-of-choice placement, and our signature Silent Glide calibration.

Do I need special flooring for a professional reformer?

We recommend a professional Health Check every 12 months. As your logistics partner, we offer priority scheduling for Registry clients to manage spring replacements, rail cleaning, and leather conditioning to ensure your investment lasts a lifetime.

How often does my machine need service?

Yes. Part of our Intelligent Collection commissioning includes syncing your machine’s sensors to your tablet or screen and ensuring your Wi-Fi signal is optimized for cinematic instruction.

Can you help with the setup of my on-demand apps?

Absolutely. For clients choosing the Intelligent Collection, our commissioning process includes a Digital Onboarding. We assist in syncing your machine’s sensors to your local network and mounting any cinematic displays for a seamless start to your practice.
