Logistics & The White-Glove Standard
At The Reformer Registry, we believe the acquisition of a professional apparatus should be as seamless as the movement it facilitates. Standard freight is insufficient for precision-engineered instruments; therefore, we oversee every phase of the journey—from the factory floor to your Twin Cities sanctuary.
The Path to Commissioning
-
Priority Build Allocation: Upon receipt of your $500 Consultation Retainer and a successful Site Review, we secure your position in the 2026 production queue with our manufacturing partners (Gratz, Balanced Body, Merrithew, Frame, or Peak).
-
Climate-Controlled Transit: To protect mechanical integrity, your apparatus is transported via specialized, medical-grade freight to our secure Minneapolis-St. Paul logistics hub.
-
The Registry Quality Audit: Every unit is unboxed and undergoes a multi-point inspection by our technical team to verify factory specifications and ensure zero transit-related defects.
-
Precision Commissioning: In coordination with our valet delivery partners, we manage room-of-choice placement. Our specialists then perform the "Silent Glide" calibration, ensuring the frame is perfectly leveled and the spring tension is studio-ready.
Service Investment
The White-Glove Commissioning Fee: $750.00 This flat rate applies to all standard Twin Cities Metro installations. It is an all-inclusive service fee covering:
-
Regional freight and climate-controlled warehousing.
-
Pre-delivery unboxing and technical inspection.
-
Room-of-choice placement and debris removal.
-
Professional assembly and mechanical calibration.
Note: Non-standard installations—including crane access, window entry, or sites requiring more than two flights of stairs—will be quoted following your Site Review.
Terms of Engagement
-
Retainer Policies: The $500 Consultation Retainer is non-refundable once the factory build is initiated. However, should your Site Review determine your space is architecturally incompatible with the equipment, your retainer will be refunded in full.
-
Project Completion: Due to the bespoke, hand-built nature of these instruments, all commissions are final once the apparatus has been installed and calibrated in your home.
-
Warranty Stewardship: All equipment is protected by the original manufacturer’s warranty. As your consultant, The Reformer Registry acts as your advocate in managing any future warranty claims or technical service needs.
